Former ‘Tradition’ cuvée. The family's traditional wine, it is matured in century-old tuns to soften the tannins. Fruity yet slightly peppery, this wine is a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

This organic wine comes from a plot on Mont de Bessay. It reveals aromas of red fruit, with a hint of white pepper. Its fine structure, freshness and round tannins give it great elegance.

This wine is made exclusively from press juice, aged in barrels and fined with egg whites. It stands out for its perfect balance, silky tannins, gourmet aromas and 10-year ageing potential.

Young, this organic wine reveals aromas of red fruit and violets. Over time, it retains its freshness and becomes spicier and finer. Structured and elegant, it has good ageing potential.

This organic wine comes from a plot grazed by our ewes during the winter. The wine has a fresh, gourmet profile, combining aromas of pepper, liquorice and black fruit.

The ‘Le Clos’ parcel is surrounded by 4-metre-high walls, creating a microclimate. This powerful, full-bodied wine develops aromas of candied fruits and vanilla, underpinned by tannins matured in new oak barrels.
